If the review confirms that you do need to recruit, we can introduce you to an appropriate TEAM member with the specialist market knowledge and delivery capability the role requires.
That introduction is a direct handover. The TEAM member takes the client relationship forward and manages the recruitment process directly with you. Before You Hire is not involved in recruitment delivery.

TEAM membership does not create a reason for us to recommend hiring. Our advice is completed before any recruitment partner becomes involved.
You may choose to recruit internally, use an existing supplier or accept an introduction to a suitable TEAM member. Where we make an introduction, the recruitment relationship is then entirely between you and that specialist.
